Operation Genesis was a secret project that was run in the Black Site Laboratory and was in charge of the Horsemen lead by Rose Arvale to test the Genesis meteorite's power.
When the operation got to its last stage, the Horsemen used the meteorite as a weapon of genocide to destroy the city of Houston and breaking the fifth seal.
